6-week Course: Mindfulness for Health and Wellbeing

This 6 week course will run from 6pm to 7.30pm on Monday evenings from the 20th June to 25th July inclusive. Attendees should try to attend all six weeks but where necessary may miss a maximum of 2 sessions. 

The course will focus on supporting attendees in understanding how to manage their lifestyle for the better; health and wellbeing in relation to good mental health; emotional resilience and self-care. Attendees will learn various techniques and tools that can be applied to everyday life in practical, realistic and modern ways. The course is mindfulness-based, secular in delivery and suitable for all. Attendees can expect to feel a difference in their wellbeing within the first week of attendance, providing they complete the activities at home, as required as part of the course.

Upon completion of this course, clients of Infinity Wellness have reported feeling more connected to their lives and relationships, having more energy, better sleep, being able to cope better in stressful situations and feeling more resilient.
