Webinar Men’s Health Awareness Week
Jennifer McDiarmid, Isabelle Griffith and Stephanie Unthank are a collaborative working in partnership during Men’s Health Week 2022 delivering wellbeing sessions that focus on men’s health. Specifically, we will explore themes relating to Men’s hormone health, preventing burnout and creating optimal physical and mental wellbeing.
Current research conducted on 10,000 men in the workplace has shown 82% of men experience stress in the workplace and 76% reported this stress impacted their home life. Stress is just one area of men’s hormone health that can impact overall wellbeing. Moreover, 40% of men aged 40+ will start to experience decreased levels of testosterone. This decrease continues and worsens with age. Low testosterone and high stress can create fatigue, mental fog, depression, weight gain, insomnia, changes in temperament, decreased immunity and increased risk of cardiovascular disease.
Combining mindfulness, resilience coaching and nutrition, this wellbeing collaboration will engage audiences in key areas of men’s health and simple yet powerful techniques that can be implemented to balance men’s hormone levels to create optimal physical and mental wellbeing. The panel discussion will last for 2 hours where facts, statistics, information and education will be explored in each area of wellbeing. There will also be time for an interactive Q and A session towards the end.
Fee of this wellbeing investment is £1,500.
£25 per person for individual attendee’s.
