This workshop is a one-off approach to discussing good practice, sharing stories, tools and techniques that support individuals in being well but importantly emphasises the importance of personal responsibility in managing selfcare. This workshop includes looking at:

- Understanding options and available tools to maintain good health and wellbeing.
- Taking action and responsibility in selfcare.
In its delivery, the Wellness Workout focuses on sustainable ways to stay well for the long-term, embedding strategies into daily life, steering away from fads, and encouraging employees to do what they love, connect with a deep inner understanding of what brings us joy and exploring ways to generate that feel-good factor of life.Contact us
